Miss. River Pool numbering map

When I hear a Pool number I’m not familiar with,
it always makes me scratch my head trying to visualize where it’s at.

I didn’t realize that the river mile markers
start at “0” in New Oleans, then re-zero’s at Cairo.
I just never thought of it before.
I think that kind of stuff is cool.
