OK, I have wall switches for fan and light. Coming from the house I have a black, red, white, and straight copper. On the fan housing I have black, blue, and white. What goes with what?

Should be black to black, white to white, blue to red and copper wire to the green on the box

Tie the copper to the green for ground, tie the whites together for your neutrals, the blacks for hot and the red will be switched for the light which would go to the blue.
