    Anyone having any luck with the bass?

    We were out on opener and had a spinner bait bite going. We key in on new weed growth out side of spawning areas. That was 2 weeks ago I’m sure alot has changed since then.

    Oh yeah it has changed alot the weeds are coming in strong..

    We saw some really big bass at the Fishers of Men weigh-in. Two 5 fish limits weighed over 16 pounds. Rather impressive under some tough fishing conditions, cold front with East winds 25 to 30 mph.

    The lakes are loaded with bass…
