Just got back from spending three days on theThe Big Chip, and the fishing was unreal..Was fishing submerged bogs with slip bobbers, and caught a pile of fish. Leeches were the main bait, but crawlers and minnows were working also. Caught over 18 walleyes on Thursday aft. and evening, largest 23″. Plus tons of very nice blue gills, and REAL nice perch, counted 25 over 13 inches!!. Plus the bullheads were going nuts, an occasional crappie and northern for good measure, and it was hard to keep two poles in the water!! Plus, I fished muskies on Friday, and saw four fish, plus two hits.. Been a while since I had 3 days of fishing like this!!
