My nephew called me and asked if I would take him out crappie fishing since he heard the panfish were up shallow.
Well, we went to Washington and I had my doubts.
All the main pods of fish we marked were from 16fow to 20ft but the areas loaded with fish suspended was from 25-40fow.
I guess with these last few nights of cold temps, the water must have really dropped in temps.
The warmest water I could find was 43.2 degrees.
I guess I will wait a week or more for the water temps to rise 10-15 degrees.
