My buddy and I went up and fished the fox river yesterday for walleyes. Water temps were 38-39 degrees and the water clarity was around a foot. We got our bigger eyes earlier in the morning with a pair of 22-23″ers. The bite was slow with a lot of missed fish and fish lost halfway to the boat. We ended up boating around 16 walleyes 16-23″ with one bonus 16″ smallie and two whitefish. All fish came vertical jigging minnows and plastics.

Nice Job! Which secton of the Fox were you on? If we can get two consective days of good sunshine, that water should get right back into the low-mid 40’s and the bite should become a little more aggressive. Were you fishing any of the timber
