Delay

Why is there such a delay when trying to put something on here. Whether from computer or phone I never know if I really hit the button cause it takes so long. There should at least be a little spinny thing so you know its working. If you all get a bunch of duplicate pictures of my garden im sorry its been 20 minutes and hasn’t done anything yet.

Maybe you got very close or exceeded the 10240 KB cumulative attachment size and blew the servers mind.

Even just short stuff like this seems to take a while.

My pictures still didn’t go and its pushing an hour. Maybe I should try again but don’t want it to show up 3 times.

I just hit the submit button twice. I get an error that says I already posted that when I hit it the 2nd time, but it goes through right away.

I made a post the other day as well and added 2 pictures. It never went through or worked. I tried a second time and it did the same.

What kind of speeds are y’all working with?

I’ve noticed problems if the picture isn’t the right format.

A lot of phones take a moving image and they won’t load.

It has to be a jpeg or whatever.

To work around it, take a screenshot of your picture and load that up instead (you may want to crop off any extra crap like your status bar)

I have the same happen on occasion and have taught myself a little more patience.

As far as uploading/posting pics, I’ve never had a problem whether from my phone or home computer.

Its been happening since a server update or something like 2 months ago. Mentioned it one time in a post but nothing was ever done of it.

It takes a little bit of time to upload a comment even with 421 Mbps. But I figured it was an IDO pre scan to make sure I didn’t say anything bad.
