Saw 10-18” for parts of North Dakota today/tonight. That a lot early.

Saw that the J-Town and Valley City area’s got a good layer of ice before the blizzard. The fur and feather creatures could be in for a tough start to winter if they can’t scratch fields for food.

I was looking at a couple LOTW webcams this evening and it was snowing pretty hard there as well.

We have a few inches and it’s coming down pretty good in thief river right now. Never really started until this evening but if it stays moving slow we might have several by morning.

Close to two feet in the Bismark area and parts of SW ND. Cuts their pheasant season short if they do not get a temperature reprieve.

Traveling down Hwy 71 from the Falls to Bemidji in the morning and then over to Fargo. Hopefully the roads are decent in the morning.

Why does that cut their pheasant season short?

Approx 5 miles south of Bismarck.
Both the dogs and the birds don’t like that this early in the season.
