Anybody hitting the ice?

Just wondering how the ice fishing has been doing on clear lake. Would love to give it a try within a few days. Wondering whats biting and where. Thanks guys!

I fished it wed for a bit in the morn drove out of mcintosh. Very slow Had a lot of fish around they just realy didn’t want to eat. Hopeing it picks up it usualy gets better after the 1st of the year. I might be heading up again this weak i’ll post whats going on. there was about 11″ to 12″ wed so probably don’t want to be driveing to far yet.

Fished clear lake today out from mcintosh. Pretty slow you could catch a few yellows on minnows under a bobber but over all slow. Only caught 1 fish on a waxy and jig or spoon. Also I think driveing might be a bad idea after today. There are some huge ruts from people driveing out when it was slushy and it felt like I dropped a tire through on my way off today at 10:00 am. Not sure didn’t stop to look hope there was ice under the water.
