I’m heading up to Bayfield, WI next week and looking for an updated fishing report. I target Salmon and Trout in the mornings by the Sioux & Onion, then I look for smallmouth. From what I am hearing the bite has been very tough and live bait is needed. Must be a good season for guiding, all local guides are booked solid! They have told me with travel bans in place their business has been awesome, glad to see they are busy. Bait shops have told me sucker minnows are avaialble, so that’s a start! Otherwise they have told me to bring plenty of tackle because their supplies are very low this season.
