Got my teeth kicked in this week looking for crappies on Cedar. Any idea where they go this time of year on this lake? I have no problem catching them on other area lakes but would like to be able to locate them on Cedar, I know they’re there somewhere. Anybody have any insights? Thanks!

5’ to 35’ checked quite a few areas, trolled beetle spin type baits quite a bit too to cover water. Nothing

I can only answer with what I see on my down imaging as I haven’t had time to crappie fish. I saw several large schools of something in the 25-30′ depth range off of sharp shoreline breaks, I don’ think those would have been tullibee in those depths…

(Just did a Muskie weekend and we boated a fat 41″ and had a couple more bite with many follows)
