GIlls at Brushy

    Just thought I’de let everyone know the gills are picking up at Brushy. A buddyb and I fished Friday and limited on nice gills. Not super fast fishing but the fish were starting to stage up ready to spawn. I’m guessing with the warm weather this weak they should be on beds by midweak.

    Gills are going fine. Be merciful with the fatboys. We kept 18 from Sunday. Once they get on the beds I pass them up. Bass are stirring around shore too. Pretty easy pickings for now.
