I was able to get in about 30 minutes of fishing last nite(22:30-23:00)after work before the monsoon chased me away. I caught 4 small eyes (biggest was 13″) and 3 small gills all on bobber w/ leech in about 8 FOW. I was planning to work the bottom with a floating jighead and crawler/leech but didn’t get the chance. I may return this evening after work
Slip-bobber and a leech. 
What do you think,does it catch fish?

My old man and his buddy fished over there yesterday during the day. Didn’t have to bad of luck. They kept 17 gills, 6 crappies, and one walleye. He said they caught tons of bass but none very big, also caught alot of eyes but only one that was legal. Said they saw beds but nothing was on them yet. Still about two weeks away according to where the eggs were in the gills that they cleaned. Good to know i guess.
