Fall report?

I’ve never fished Brushy in the Fall. Do the fish move back up near shore or is it still a deep water game? Any reports from somebody who fishes it regularly would be most appreciated. I’d like to head over and try it, but my local river kicks out some pretty good walleyes from September through November so I don’t want to waste a trip.
