Just a quick report on the recent TOC for Extream Bass on the Whitefish chain. The new Skeeter didn’t come home behind my truck, but congrats to team Felix that weighed 29lbs on 12 fish. It took 26 to cash. The weather was wet, windy and cool, which really messed up the pattern Conner and I had going. Nice fish and real good numbers were the name of the game for us on top water. The first day we got a couple over 3, but couldn’t fill out as we expected. I had a couple deep coontail spots that we were able to hit later in the day, and probably should have hit them earlier given the number of fish they held. Jigs and texas rigged plastics worked well for us deep. There was also a good inside weedline bite for many teams. Slop was not working for us at all.
