Boat landing

    Where is the best place to launch at 18 foot fishing boat! Looking to target walleyes on the river Saturday morning so with the no wake lifted im open to launch anywhere ideally where it’s the cheapest or free. As I paid $24 in Afton last weekend!

    Bluffs park is $7
    Hastings is free
    Prescott is $13
    Afton ?
    Boomsite free
    Hudson closed

    Last two nights I’ve launched from bluffs. But that’s only because of no wake.

    Hastings is Rivertown Days this weekend – could lead to LOTS of congestion at the boat launch. Part of the parking lot could be blocked off too – not sure.
