I have a Lund 02 fisherman that I’ll be storing outside and am looking for boat cover suggestions. I have used a couple different brands in the past and only get a year or so out of them. I would like something that covers the outboard and enough room on the bow that I wouldn’t have to take off the trolling motor. What has worked well for everyone else? Any input would be appreciated

I’ve had covers made for both my Lund Pro V (1996) and pontoon. My Pro V cover is over 15 years old. It still works but leaks a bit. They will probably cost between 600 – 1000 depending on the material and who does it. I had a small shop up by Luck, WI do mine. Paul’s Custom Covers.

I had mine made at the shop in Hudson and have been really happy with it. I think it ran me 450 for a 20′ boat 3-4 years ago.

Have you ever thought of respraying waterproofing on it once a year to keep the quality of the fabric in top condition?

Thanks for the input guys. I just noticed that I posted it in the hunting section so I’m gonna repost it on the fishing side

Custom cover will last 10 years if taken care of and worth the cost of $700-$900 that’s $70-$90 a year. Top gun 11oz is what I have and its lasted 11 years and still going. I keep my boat outside all year.

I want to throw out a suggestion for a custom boat cover.

Economy Canvas in East Bethel. It’ll be the best price of anyone and I’m very happy with mine. With a little care it should last 10 years. I haven’t taken care of mine and I’m going on 5 years sitting in the direct sunlight for 12 months of the year.
