So my co worker gave me a couple bear stakes. The issue is I never cooked it before. What are some good recipes for them? Thanks for all the info you can give.

I put mine in a plastic freezer bag overnight with a good, hearty marinade, and then grilled them like a beef steak and they were delicious. Pair with a fine bourbon.
If they’re “cube steaks”, however, not sure there’s a good way to cook those.
