That actually looks pretty good based on the ingredients. Albeit the name. If I remember the next time at Target Ill look for it.

Good stuff. If you like spicy Asian foods, you probably have eaten it. Target has all kinds of interesting Asian sauces. Have several in the fridge now.

    Pretty sure it’s pronounced “She-toe”

Is it in the same family as Siracha? That reminds me. Its time to BBQ your famous Siracha chicken soon!!!!

Different kind of heat. Touch of fish flavor, earthy. It would go good with wings.

Origin is Ghana in Africa. Somewhat different flavor than Asian sauces but good.

My wife’s been using in shrimp Pad Thai and shrimp sir fry for as long as I can remember. It goes better with seafood than beef or chicken. You could pair it with a bloody Mary made with Colido Bros. “Flaming A$$hole” mix.

I bought some Shito and tried it last night. Was going to do wings but didn’t have the time so I tossed some popcorn chicken in it. Really good. Not real hot but has some kick. It’s more oily than watery so a little goes a long way. This will be good in stir fry. And, most importantly, no issues this morning!! yay
