Any one fish smaller tournaments here?

    I’m looking to partner up with some one and or try to start fishing tournaments. Smaller ones. I’m a rookie to the tourney life.
    It really peaks my interest

    My mom was saying they had some type of tourney on Rush this last Tuesday.

    Dnr permit had for Frankie’s bass Tuesday league. FWIW

    Frankie’s runs a Tuesday night league all around chisago county.
    I’m looking at something for less experienced tournament fishers. I’d be a rookie in this world with a boat that wont compete.

    There is one called Green Horn Bass Tour. It has 2 levels (novice, advanced) on Wed and Sun. I believe its full for the season but you could look into it Bearcat.

    If you haven’t looked into it, most of the weights these tourneys put out it’s not all that impressive. I wouldn’t be afraid to get into any of them. Big shiny boats mean nothing toast
