    Any advice on fishing on Lake Shetek end of August

    I’d be trolling crankbaits 3-4.5 mph range.

    I’ll be in avoca this weekend for a family event and i think my spare time will be filled with changing wheel bearings/seals on my truck rather than fishing the prairie potholes unfortunately.

    I’d consider W Graham too, last time i was on W. Graham (2yrs ago) a limit was pretty quick to obtain.

    Des Moines river holds a lot of eyes too.
    Still boggles my dad’s mind that i can go two miles from our farmplace and catch an eye off a bridge in less than 15 minutes, but he has yet to land one from the des moines )

    Troll around 3 mph and cover water.
