Winchester SX3

    Hi all. Looking for some real life advise on aftermarket choke tubes. I shoot a Winchester SX3 3inch for ducks. I normally shoot 3inch #2 steel. I’m wondering if anyone else uses this set up and have purchased an aftermarket choke. I’m looking for tight dense patterns. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.

    I own a SX3 and pretty much shoot 3 inch 2 shot majority of the time. I don’t shoot an aftermarket choke but I know you can’t really go wrong with a pattermaster. Many options out there just pick what price you want to pay.

    Can you shoot the Black Cloud rounds through a patternmaster?

    Flight-control wad vs. a wad-stripping choke tube… probably not a good idea.

    I doubt anything would get damaged, but I can’t see good patterns coming from that combination.
