    Hey all…

    I think I will be finally getting out on the ice come Friday… I know there isn’t going to be a lot of ice but if any of you are out and about and see me out there.. feel free to stop by and take a look and kick it around some.. I’ll have my 6″ bit hooked up to it…

    Once you get some serious ice please keep track of the number of holes you’re able to get with the 6 inch auger. That auger hummed right along with an 8 inch bit. It should scream with a 6 and greatly increase the number of holes you’ll see on a charge.

    Ok…
    So I know it was only 6 ” of ice..
    But this auger blew through over 50 holes today..laid on the ice..did not pull the battery to warm it up..
    And the battery indicator only dropped one light..

    I have good feeling about this auger…

    ps… I tried pull starting it..

    That thing was a beast… I was definitely impressed.
