Rocky's Jigs and Flies?

I was at a seminar last night in North Webster IN and the presenter (From Iowa) had some spoon looking things that were for sale. He recommended them for crappie under the ice. The board said Rocky’s Jigs and Flies (I believe). Anyways there was a hook size number on the board so I assumed that they came in different sizes. Not wanting to commit to the first shiny thing I saw I wanted to go home and see what this Rock was all about. So far I have found NOTHING!!!!!!! Any help in locating Rocky would be great.

I’ll try to remember to check when I get home tonight. I have some but don’t know if the package has any contact info. It’s a small one man home based operation but he does put out a good product.
