Nasty critter

    I thought I’d get out on Pool 2 one more time before the onset of the latest ice age. Caught a few Walleyes tonight, including one that had this big ugly Lamprey stuck to his belly. I know these are naturally occurring native denizens of the Mississippi River……..But they are nasty……

    They sure are tasty though. Reminds me of smelt.

    The mouth, teeth and tongue on those things are nasty. Straight out of horror movie type stuff.
