    If your a boater, list how many seats you have available and what days your planning on being at the GTG.

    Please use your real name and please do not add a bunch of other text.

    For the riders – This is not meant to be a “Free Fishing Trip”. Most boaters have incurred significant expenses to get there boats setup & rigged properly.

    At the very least, be nice and chip in for gas!

    As far as boaters lining up who there going to take as riders, I’m all for that and would like to see as much of it as possible.

    As we get closer to the actual date of this GTG, we’ll do whatever we can to make sure every rider ends up with a seat in someones boat.

    On a side note, if I’m reading things correctly, we’re probably going to see the new IDO website come on-line shortly. That may very well keep us from posting the latest info for a few days so please be patient and keep checking back in this thread for the latest info!

    Flatfish – please post back here in this forum as soon as you have confirmation from Chris.

    FYI – I exchanged some ideas with Joel this morning and I’m going to try and help out with keeping the Boaters/Non-boaters organized. We are all so busy, so by each of doing something, its easier on us all.
    So, here is what I have.
    Friday – Sounds like most that are coming in from out of town may be getting here later in the day. I’m going to leave it up to EVERYONE to be on their own for Friday.

    I’m logging the match=ups by boat for 3 outings (A=Sat morning – B= Saturday afternoon – C= Sunday Morning). That way some groups can choose to stay together and others can mix it up and jump in a boat with someone else.

    So, I’ll be collecting the names – seats available – and seats needed as they get posted.

    please feel free to contact each other (boaters and non boaters) and finalize commitments for all 3 outings. PM OR EMAIL me the pairings that you have committted to and I’ll keep track of it. From there, I’ll post seatings needed to be filled as we get closer.

    So far have Chris Winchester and his wife on Saturday morning and Mudshark on Saturday evening. I have a bunch of PMs to get through, and will get the rest of my commitments back out there so people can hook up with a boater for the other times.

    Hopefully I’m presenting this in a simple manor

    That leaves me with one open seat for the two saturday trips and both open seats for Sunday a.m.

    Anyone needing a rider, preferably jigging, I’m likely available to join in the fun. I only have jigging experience with walleyes and bass and have never caught a fish on Lake MI so you have to promise not to laugh too hard at my rookie mistakes.

    Got the priorities straightened out, so will be joining in on the fun on the Saturday morning outing, sharing food, drink and stories during the potluck, and if the other old guys in my crew and me can handle an encore, maybe do the evening run as well. So here’s the crew;

    I still have open seats for Sunday morning as well. I can also take one more on Saturday if need be, but won’t mind fishing 3 if there are enough seats for everyone in other boats.

    Now that the walleyes are slacking off a bit I’m finally going to head over to Milwaukee tomorrow for a mid-day trip to play with my new rigger/depth raider. May go back again on Sunday depending on weather and how things go. I expect it’ll be busy with the Salmon-A-Rama tournament crowd.

    John Schultz has set the bar pretty high with a couple of his trips this year when the bite was supposed to be poor – we’ll see what happens.

    I’m gonna see how things line up…
    I might have to skip the Sat.AM…
    To be there by 4 or so I would have leave here Friday at midnight…drive over…fish until 8 or 9 Sat. night….

    25-30 years ago I would not even blink an eye…
    Now…Well lets just say I’m not a pup anymore……

    I still am not set though…..Still have a week…
