Finally made it out on to the ice today. It was my first time using my Marcum Troller 2.0 on hard water. I was able to fidget with the settings enough to get the sensitivity right as well as the noise reduction (there was also a LX-7 involved) when I was viewing the entire water column. When I enabled the zoom feature however I was having a hard time getting the settings dialed in to be able to see my spoon well on the screen without having too much interference… It almost came of as rather laggy. I did have it in ice mode as well. Seemed to get a solid reading on the spoon I needed to have the sensitivity up quite a bit? We were fishing between 20-30 FOW. Any advice?
