ice thickness

    Has anyone ventured out to see what kind of ice conditions you got .

    I have heard rumers of wheel houses on red and milacs. so im guessin there has to be enuf for portables and maybe 4wheelers, out to rainy lake city. If not lets hope for more cold and less snow. I hate slush!

    Lots of activity on the ‘Croix across from Bayport today. Vehicles parked on the ice along the shoreline @ Ferry Landing. I saw signs of atv/sled traffic on the ice while it was still slushy. Da-pup and I walked up nearly to the hilines this morning and it was good all the way – – jerr
