How is the ice looking out in fosters pond? Anyone know? I’ve been out fishing on some nice ice in madison lake and coming home for thanksgiving and have the itch to get some trout out of the water. I had amazing luck last year just wondering if it’ll be to early to get out there.
The last report I heard {Saturday] was that they are still casting open water there. I don’t know if the whole pond is open or not but the area along the beach is. For some reason Foster is the last place to ice and with yesterdays 53 degrees here in town I suspect that the puddle isn’t going to have ice yet.
Well that is depressing but thank you!
The bite is on! the just stocked it! there is quite a few fish being caught some with some hook jaws.
